Cancellation Policy

Bookings Bookings are hourly and start on the hour. Please book in advance of the hour you intend to start on. Payment & cancellation policy You may cancel or change your booking free of charge until 48 hours before your slot. Refunds take 5–10 days to appear on a customer's statement. N.B a £1 cancellation fee will be charged per booking. You will be charged the full cost of the booking if you cancel within 48 hours before your slot. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee. Groups Maximum of 5 people per booking. Amplifiers are not permitted. WiFi, tea, coffee Complimentary wifi, tea and coffee provided. Lost Property Lost property will be held for one month only before disposal.
